Born in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, Jade grew up surrounded by natural medicine, yoga, and wellness. Her grandmother is a renowned herbalist and the author of seventeen books on natural medicine, and her mother is a respected yoga teacher, wellness expert, and natural health advocate. This foundation has quietly shaped Jade’s own relationship with the body, nature, and healing.
